June Warhammer the Old World Tournament (6/1)

We will be hosting our next Warhammer the Old World Tournament on June 1st. This will be a 3 round 2000 point event. We will be using similar comp to our last event based on the Games Workshop Throne of Skulls Comp rules.

As described on page 278 of the Warhammer: the Old World rulebook, the number of
some of the available units is restricted. In this event, there are additional
limits that apply to the composition list you are using. This encourages players to create
tactically diverse armies, rather than relying too heavily upon a single use of a certain type
of character.

You may not spend more than 25% of your army’s total value on a single character.
Your army may include any number of level 1 and 2 wizards (within the above
restrictions)
But may only include:
0-1 Level 3 Wizard per 1000 points
0-1 Level 4 Wizard per 2000 points
Note that these limitations do not apply to Named Characters


We will be allowing players to play the legacy lists. To facilitate this and make for a more enjoyable experience we will be using the Square Based Revisions to the legacy lists. These changes can be found here.
